With the government having announced its timetable for the analogue signal switch off, now is a good time to consider upgrading existing TV systems under your administration so that they will allow residents to access reception of digital terrestrial and satellite programmes.

Of course it may be that funds are not readily available to carry out the required works on what is still considered by some to be a luxury item.

Our rental service is designed to address this problem, and furthermore our charges are fixed for the whole of the rental period, there are no annual RPI increases and no surprise charges, so both you and the residents will always know the annual costs, which includes full maintenance of the TV system.

On completion of the rental term ownership of the system is transferred to the residents association.

What’s more, we are totally flexible, payments can be made either monthly, quarterly or annually whichever is the most convenient to you. Our only stipulation is that payment must be made electronically by standing order if the monthly option is chosen.

By adding a modest figure to the annual service charges, we feel that our systems will provide a benefit to the majority of residents who want access to these services, but without having to make a capital investment. In most cases, we can re-engineer your existing TV system to provide the facility for Sky Plus and Sky HD reception too.

CCTV and foreign programme reception can also be included.

Obviously, the provision of any services is dependant on a site survey being carried out. We will carry out a site survey and provide a written quotation free of charge and with no obligation.

All of our systems are installed and maintained by CAI registered engineers in accordance with current legislations.

Although our primary business is system rental, we are more than happy to provide quotations for outright purchase systems as well.
