At Cts Rental we believe that access to the latest digital television technology should be available to every household.

Unfortunately, for most of those who live in apartment blocks this is not always the case.

Our business aim is quite simple, to offer high quality 5 and 9 wire HD ready DTV and IRS satellite TV and radio reception systems on a rental basis, at a realistic and affordable cost to resident associations, managing agents, councils, landlords and any housing groups that rely on a communal system for there TV services.

Research has shown that the majority of the so called starter homes and properties available to most first time buyers are unlikely to have anything more than a basic TV reception system, that’s if they have one at all!

With day to day living costs increasing at the rate they are, we believe that our service could provide residents with a solution that will allow them to upgrade their existing analogue communal TV system without the need to provide lump sum payments. After all, is it fair that a resident who may only live at the property for a year or two has to pay a full contribution towards a new system.

With our service, because the costs are linked directly to the annual service charges, residents would only pay a proportional sum towards the cost in relation to the time that they actually live at the property.

You will probably have noticed that properties without these services tend to result in the building being covered with a multitude of satellite dishes which, are unsightly to say the least, and will without doubt contravene the leaseholder terms and conditions leading to planning issues with the local authority and possible disputes with fellow residents.
